What happened? Description:

Festive owns a group where he raffles of items for other people. Niemand gave him an Australium SMG to raffle off. Festive then apperently lost the SMG, yet he is not paying NIemand the 25 keys they agreed on.

At the start of the month, he offered his admins 2 keys per month, he did not pay them and one of the admins got very angry with him. In one of the screenshots it shows that he did agree on it but still wont hand over the keys.

I will need a picture of the original chat agreement between niemand and festive.
The chat agreement is a vital part of evidence to prove your claims. Without it we can not proceed with this report.

He is now trying to move accounts just in case this one is gonna get banned.

The Last chat we had just a few mintues ago. He says he wants to be banned and doesnt want to answer my questions:

I hereby confirm that i´ve was scammed by Collector, in addition to it i agree with morgan in terms of the fact that he got more than 1 account (attempted ban evasion). All screenshots are real.

OK I have gathered some evidence that strongly suggests that Caroline is his alt.

2.He/She has a full festive collection and now has 5 australiums which makes sense considering he traded the SMG for an Ax.
3.He/She suddenly took ownership of Festive Collector's old group Distribution Center
4.He/She has a FAQ written on their profile very similar to Festive Collector's FAQ.
