What happened? Description:

I AM NOT A VICTIM JUST A REPORTER.

The accused has a history of trading with several different and very obvious scammer/hijacker alts. Given their trade experiences and number of instances of buying hijacked/scammed hats it is clear they knew what these hats were and bought them anyways. This user also has had several warnings from the backpack.tf admins about buying from obvious hijacker/scammer alts, you'd have to ask the admins about the specific hats involved in the previous warnings before their current ban.​

As stated earlier they have been temp banned on other sites for trading with obvious hijackers/scammers as well, so there are other hats not listed as well.

The screenshot is of the most recent purchase of scammed/hijacked hats.

The backpack.tf warning included a scorching Kabuto.

I dont quite get how that guy is a hijacker/hijacker alt though.

I have no idea how the LED should come from a scammer, I bought that from a 100% legit guy: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/460842 . Feel free to ask him if I bought the hat directly from him.

He added me today I bought the KE and Grimm , did not see any sign how he should be hijacked/scammer. Almost 1 month passed since I got the Tower and Veil, which he owned as well.
How is it possible that he doesnt even have a pending report?

There is also a note of you buying a scorching nappers from the same scammer as part of the backpack.tf ban.

Regardless of whether or not he is marked on steam rep it is clear they are a hijacker/scammer alt, or are you trying to say that someone as experienced in trading as you honestly believes that someone with less than 10 hours in tf2, no items of value in their backpack, no paid games on steam is a legitimate account? And of course they somehow manage to get quite a few unusuals which you also just happen to buy?

Too many coincidences there, plus given your warnings, temp bans, and now permanent bans from bp.tf and outpost its clear you know exactly what you are getting into when you buy these hats.

Also penek (the guy you traded with) is a known and marked scammer and has been marked for quite awhile.

As far as I know got penek banned just a few weeks ago. The RA LED is from him as well.

The screenshots provided have you receiving multiple scammed/hijacked unusuals from penek on the 27th of June, 16 days after the report had been accepted. Furthermore, with bans on outpost, backpack.tf and a private backpack for the past month there is no way you didn't know he was trouble.

I never said I didnt know anything about his trouble. I was aware of his OP ban since that happend quite a while ago

He was banned by sneeza on June 7th, 2014 only 4 days before penek was tagges by steam rep, also outpost has a handy link to the the SR report plastered on the front of his outpost page since they were originally banned on the 7th. If you were aware of his outpost ban I do not see how you would not know he had a report accepted for scamming on SR.
