Is it possible that he made that post on CS:GO lounge and has since traded the FN away since?
This is very vague as far as evidence. If you can get chat showing him trying to trade you a FT and telling you its a FN then you would have better proof.

He is also trying to offer a Factory New Whiteout MP7 skin for a knife. He does has a Field-Tested ($0.18) one in his inventory, but not a Factory new($100+). The other report on his account corroborates with mine. I think that the two instances I have shown plus another report for the same offence is sufficient evidence.

You can see his trade offers yourself here: http://csgolounge.com/profile?id=76561198059892417&backpack=1

Apparently you dont have to have the item in your inventory to make a new trade offer.
There is not a direct connection showing him trying to do an illegal trade. I need more proof. You can't tag someone a scammer for a trade offer.
We need to see them actually trying to pull off a quickswitch scam. Im sorry but there is just not enough evidence here.
    Archiving.
On a side note I think more people should complain to CS:GO Lounge about people being able to put up an offer on something that they dont own.
