What happened? Description:

After claiming steam had a problem flagging innocent people as scammers, tried to convince me that steam had an item testing feature through the Trade Offer feature in an attempt to get my Unusual for free.​

This was the entire chatlog with the scammer (First two screencaps were first day, the rest are the second. Font changes because first two were on Windows, last few were on Linux.)​

Can I just add to this that the same user quickswitch scammed a user on our trade server, as I was not the victim and it took place via server there are no chat logs as such but here is the info.

Description of the incident:
Joestar traded Pineapplekitty and offered the 25% off pixel piracy, 3 buds and 14 keys. Then just before the trade was confirmed he removed the buds and keys leaving on the discount coupon left.
