    Accused profile: 76561198065900955

    Victim profile: 76561197962132664

    What happened? Description:
    deal was: my 700 keys for his EU 1.000 € paypal in 3 steps
    step 1: 100 keys for 143 €
    step 2: 300 keys for 428 €
    step 3: 300 keys for 428 €
    -
    step 1 went fine, but never received money for step 2... he never replied again!​

    Provide Evidence:
    im not sure if this is enough evidence but what else can i do ? plz help or make anything possible to avoid him to scam others in the future. thx.
    (his steam rep still looks legit)​
