Our agreement was my Lina Hair Arcana for $15. His profile has good reps with good comments meaning he's interpreted as a legit seller. I met him from D2lounge btw.
He said after im trade my lina hair he will sent the code to me..
after trade, he said will sent the code to my email and after a few seconds he remove me from her FL..
And im waiting for email come into my inbox for 2hours..
    Nothing in...

I think he is a good person when i see the report scam and he give all item back to any mistake he do..
I also checked out another person reported a scam alert from him but he gave back his items.

    Hello @Slamet,

There has been some changes in the policy, and as such, your report will be archived, please read here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/notice-changes-to-investigation-policy.47952/

    What we don't research anymore:

CD Keys/Game Code/Wallet code scam reports
    Fakerep reports
    Phishing/hijacking account reports

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

    1. Visit the accused's profile
    2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose Report Violation
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click Submit Report

Click here to view an animated gif that shows how to report a violation.

    Regardless, thanks for the report!
