What happened? Description:

Spoke to the guy a decent amount of time, told he to send the trade offer and then he will send the paypal payment. I sent the offer and he accepted the trade and immediately asked if Igot the payment. Said paypal updated and we need to restart out pcs and about a minute after he blocked me on steam.​
