    Scam Report

Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulant behavior
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198067505701 ()

    Victim profile: 76561197962619483

    What happened? Description:
There was this guy advertising he was selling a Case Hardened Flip Knife (Well-Worn) for a The Koi Carp (Foil) trading card. So I added him and found the only one on the market. I negotiated with the person selling the card. I obtained the card by trading some CS:GO items. I was then blocked and removed by both of the accounts. Can this be considered a scam? I found this guy on CSGO lounge.

Yeah, since that card was 1 of 1 on the market and they both blocked you, it's pretty obvious scam.

That seller could be the same guy as the accused, same text style, very new account, only free games on account (even no cs:go).

    Here's his infoblock:
    | steamname: Carlos Falcao ~ WTS Rare Card!
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:90627330

Give full steam chat, I guess, the accused gave you this fake guy's profile link, right?
Really, give whole steam chat with both of them, may be it's enough evidence to make alt of a scammer report on the card seller.

k, glad to tell y'all I definitely got his ass now.

    The victim
    http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198070179158
    from recent report
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.72955/#post-200549
added me to chat about his report and after that I asked him to help me with this one.

He added the accused on steam, here you can see him in the accused friend's list (#14)
    76561198067505701 w snake.png

He then proceeds to act like the victim of this report and the accused repeated his trick once again, even gave him the same card seller.
Highly doubt the guy with new account and only free games on it may have 2 foil cards in a row.

Here's the conversation between my friend and the accused:

Here's that line with the link the accused gave to my friend:
My chat between me and my friend is pretty long, half unrelated and in Russian, so I see no point in uploading it here.

If no further objections, I'll proceed to creating alt of a scammer report on his "card seller" account now.

Thanks for providing the rest of the chat screenshots.
He went offline from both of these accounts in the same time, the same minute, another proof that it's his alt.
If someone wondering, you can be online on 2 accs from 1 PC thanks to third party software.

I don't know exactly how I can prove this, but my account got hacked for 2 days, I went on gmail support to get back my gmail account to get back my steam account...
Some disturbed people used my account to do some scams aparently and rep f✿✿✿ed me. I'm sorry for you M'aiq and for your loss, if I could get your knife back, I 100% would get it and give it to you, it was my fault I got hacked!
Do you think I'd like to rep f✿✿✿ my main steam account with 1500€+ value in games and 300€+ value in cs:go inventory with Level 21 and almost 3 years of account time for a knife?
If you want to get this down, I'd thank you very much and I could try to compensate you.

You can't prove that you were hijacked.

It doesn't really matter since http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/
Reports cannot be revoked by reporter even if you compensate victim's loss.

I wasn't the victim on this one.

And if you were really hijacked and someone else did this, your only option is to cooperate with steamrep, i.e.
compensate all items that were scammed using your account.

Just for the offsprings, I'd like to correct myself on this one.
May be it can be proved using a lot of screenies of e-mails with new ip logged into account, screenies of steam support tickets et cetera, et cetera, but I'm not familiar with how it all goes so I don't know which proofs exactly you'll need to prove it.
