    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198068694603

    Victim profile: 76561197960266237

    What happened? Description:
    Everything was said by sparkles himself in his youtube video. The link is provided below.

    Sparkles' karambit slaughter was scammed by some guy who had 30 manual friends with sparkles. Sparkles was nice enough to believe him but Apprently the guy scammed him using his trust. The knife was actually for the giveaway which is pretty disappointing. Although i'm not the one who lost the knife, please mark him as a scammer to prevent this guy from scamming others.     We need the victim of the scam to come forward and make the report, or provide their consent for you to submit a report on their behalf. We don't accept reports submitted on behalf of victims like this. They will need to provide the following:
    • Uncropped, unedited screenshots of inventory history, taken from within the Steam client with the URL bar visible.
    • Uncropped, unedited screenshots of inventory history, taken from within a web browser, with mouse hovered over name of person receiving the knife.
    • Screenshot of conversation with accused, showing trade agreement. This should detail what specifically they were to provide for which knife.
    • Proof of non-delivery, whether paypal, bitcoin, bank transfer, items, or whatever. If there was no payment set, but some other arrangement (e.g. "duping", checking for "glitches", borrowing item temporarily based on trust, whatever), that should be visible and apparent.
