There is no chat. He randomly just sent this trade offer after locating my trade offer link on trading sites. If he can send this randomly to me, he could send this to just about anyone who has their trade offer links available in third party trading sites, and some ppl might fall for it.

Can someone please explain to me what this thread is about and why i have been banned from bp.tf because i did not have anything to do with that. How can i appeal about the incident? I have been on steam quite a lot recently and steamguard hasn't requested a password verification due to someone logging into my account on a different computer. I have already changed all my passwords and i just wanted to say sorry on behalf of the person that did this and i hope we can get this all sorted out.
