What happened? Description:

Thought long time not to report this, but decided to go ahead with this report.

I added Ya Cak after seeing his trade ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19072506 ) in which he was looking for a Professor Speks. We agreed that would trade me 1 refined metal once he got a Professor Speks in his TF2 backpack.

Before adding him I also checked his backpack and to see that he didn't have Professor Speks. Also the backpack.tf history pages don't show any Prof Speks before in his backpack.

Following the agreement I launched TF2 and picked him from the in-game FL so he could receive the Professor Speks and checked afterwards his TF2 backpack and he indeed received that item.

After I asked him that he fulfill his part of the trade he changed multiple times his story, as such looking for a tradable Professor Speks, and already having one Professor Speks before.

Furthermore he also stated that he was becoming uncomfortable with me as I only had less than 2 hours of game time on my account, and that I was becoming unintelligible, and removed me eventually. And the link I pasted on the chat screen were suspicious looking.

So far I know and according the wiki page ( http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Professor_Speks ), no account gets the Professor Speks twice, and if he had before it would show that he helped more than one member, which again doesn't show up and he says that is because of a bug. If he had before a Prof Speks and traded it away then he would not get granted a second one.​

I will need a picture of your trade history showing you sent the accused the speks.In that picture I need to see at least one trade from the previous day.

He received the Speks from that "Thank Your Friend" ingame alert, I upgraded my account to premium and that gave me a right to grant someone a gift which is a Prof Speks.

Ok, now I see. I'm going to be honest with you here. There is little evidence to proceed with this since it was an "in game gift". We have no way of providing solid proof that you sent them or he actually received them. If you can provide more evidence for this report then I will look into it further. But otherwise I will have to archive it for lack of substantial evidence.
