Before he went offline he opened the trading window and then he "disconnected" making it seem like a connection error.​

I remember this guy, he scamed me once long ago, it's not too much but this guy needs to be banned from steam

You should stop posting on random threads. Your attempts to "report bomb" him go AGAINST getting him banned - accounts which have never had any interactions with an account get their reports weighted to zero, and will only make valve thing that someone is "report bombing" him.
