What happened? Description:

He added me and wanted to trade for my item rainmaker for real money, I checked his profile and he didn't have any bad rep so I tell him I can send the item first. He even negotiated for my unusual courier and eye of skadi but the deal ended up of me only selling the rainmaker for 75$. After I sent the item he deleted my account from friend list. His steam account is level 33 and spent more than 1k + hours on dota so I didn't think he was a scammer this desperate.​

I messed up with Paint in the screenshots so it blocked the last lines, this is the cleaer version of the conversation.

Am I missing anything? why is this case still pending...

I dont meant to rush or something but IS THIS SCAMMER AFFILIATED WITH ADMIN ON STEAMREP ? that's why this case is being skipped ?
because he just got more people banned from his friendlist which means more people just got scammed.
I tried added one of his friend who also got high level steam profile to ask about him. The guy said he didn't know about this scammer. I warned him about that and then chatted for awhile. Told him to be careful with this guy. Next day he went into this scammer profile again and said +rep good trader bla bla bla (this was his second comment on this profile) . Clearly. The scammer does not work alone, he has these big trader as his friends to back him up and provide fake commends.

Can any moderator at least confirm that my case is in queue/being reviewed or whatever ?

I need a picture of your all activity screen from Paypal for the past month. I need to see the url bar in the screenshot.

Here are the screenshots of my paypal history, including "all activity" and "money received"
the account overview to show the email address that matches the one in my conversation screenshots, I censored other personal information, if you need those just pm me.

Please accept my case and ban him fast. I will not forget nor give up this case.
