    Scam Report

Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198077367129

    Victim profile: 76561198057097650

    What happened? Description:
He added me and asked if I still had my unusual hat. After that, he asked me how much, and then asked if a trusting friend was online. An obvious scam, so I decided to toy around with him a little and say no. Then he says that without it in the friend's inventory, he can't see if it is duped or not. He keeps on trying and trying, then I say nice reports, good scam attempt.

    Provide Evidence:
It's pretty obvious he attempted a trusting friend scam, and failed. Also, it appears he's tried many times, and this is probably an alt as well.

scammer chat log1 is the chat I had with the scammer

scammer profile is the scammers profile, I edited out my steam username for privacy reasons.

Hope this person gets banned, and does not steal any stuff from our community!
