He tried to scam attemp my friend with the old "MONEY FROM VALVE" trick.
Sent a trade offer asuring him that he would receive 12 euros on wallet for his awp redline.

I don't understand, what's the problem with Chrome?
The trade offer is not showing anymore when it's declined.

You can go to your trade offer history. Click trade offers, and then "Trade offer history" underneath pending offers.
