    What happened? Description:
    The guy wanted to buy couple of my items for 120$ via PayPal. We talked on the steam chat and skype. I was encouraged by many positive comments and +reps on his acc. After I sent trade offer, he just logged out of Skype and steam. He sent me a link to some other account - probably the next victim.​

    @Hugo Sztoss I need that one screen shot that verifies what paypal address was used - uncropped/unedited.
    Never make a steam trade deal on anything but steam chat either - if you go to skype, facebook or something else we can't verify it against the user accused.
    Also need a screen shot of your Paypal activity for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.

    That's the only evidence I can provide here...

    However, I would like to mention, that it's not the first case about this person. I found 2 more threads about this guy.

    The other reports (all archived for if you look either lacking of evidence or no follow up) each one has the guy wanting to go to Skype ....why do you ask? Well its simple - Skype has ZERO evidence to tie him to his Steam account you are accusing.
    But with your case you have just enough for me to advance this to the next level and be reviewed - do be patient with this process it will take time.
    Just keep what I said in mind for future reference.
