What happened? Description:

Guy with a very legitimate looking profile with loads of recommendations was asking to buy knifes for real money on csgolounge.
I added him and we did the transfer after which the guy in question told me there is an issue and I need to wait 10-15 minutes. During this time he removed and blocked me off steam, all while still bumping his buy ads on csgolounge.
looking at his friends list I can see he is still online on steam.
I have not received any compensation for my item which leads me to believe I have been scammed.​

Attached are screenshots of my item in his inventory showing his steam ID, screenshot of the chat before and during the trade, a screenshot showing that I did, indeed send him the item. And finally a screenshot of my paypal account, showing I have received no money from him.
