What happened? Description:

A year ago I was on a tr_walkway server and I was typing in chat that I was buying a Bonk Helm. He had a Bonk Helm so he traded me. He said to show all him all of my items, so I put all of my items in the trading area. He told me he would trade me the hat for a #50 Salvage Crate and #58 Robo Crate. Unaware of the unfairness of the trade, I did the trade. Some time later I found backpack.tf. I searched for to Salvage crate. 6 keys. I was mad, but there was nothing I could do because I didn't know his steam id or anything, until I was looking at price suggestions on backpack.tf. The person who wanted to change the price had sold some number of items at a certain price and had his trade history as proof, but instead of going to his history, it went to mine. I found the scammer's profile and commented "Remember when you scammed me?" and reported him to steam. A day later he added me and asked him what he scammed. I told him and he gave me some items back. He said the reason he scammed me is because when he started playing he scammed a lot. Even with the items he gave back, he still made a large enough profit to drive me to make this report.​
