What happened? Description:

So, I had added this guy, because I buy and sell many Team Fortress 2 keys now. The person said that he'd buy 19 keys from me at $1.85 each. I was fine with this, so we talked for a while, and then eventually I traded him the keys. I was in a game at the time, and so I told him I'd trade the keys. I told him my PayPal address, and he said he'd tell me when he sent the money. I forgot about him for about 10 minutes, so I went back to message him, but he had already unfriended me by that time. I checked my paypal, but he never send me the cash. I just want this guy banned.​

The next is proof that he blocked me.
The final is proof that he did not pay me.​

I might have his personal info somewhere OP since he tried to scam me about a year ago, sadly SR doesn't seem to care and hasn't marked him as a scammer after a full year dispite having more evidence then they even need so you're better off taking matters into your own hands imo.
