What happened? Description:

well first i am checking my groups then he says "do you want keys?" to me, well everybody wants key so i want then he offer me all my items for 50 keys that he will give on 19 march 2014, first his reputation status in steamrep is good but in his profile people - rep him so i reject but he keeps offering me until i say yes, i still don't trust him so i reject, i asked him "why not give it on 19 march?"his reason for not giving on 19 march is he want trust now..... but i still reject, after a few minutes he offer me my black bills for 8 keys that he will give on 19 march i still reject because it was a scam for me so i report in steamrep.com.​

Just to clarify, having no special reputation is not good rep.

SR merely has three states. Negative reputation (Fraud "Banned By" tags and Caution tags) denoted with Red and Orange shields respectively, Positive Reputation (Middlemen and Admins) denoted by a green shield and lastly, neutral rep which is gray. Neutral is not good rep, it merely means there is an absence of either evidence that they warrant a negative reputation or a positive one.

He tried this with me too... I lost the top part where he asked for items and that he'd give me keys for them on Wednesday the 19th.

The little f✿✿✿✿er sang rape songs and beatboxed in the mic for an hour. When I traded him to talk to him privately, he proceeded to tell me he was a hacker and s✿✿✿ like that. After I did the !report command in skial, he decided to shut it up and then !votemute me (Jokes on him, I am 70% mute and therefore cannot use a mic).
He is a goddamn devil. If it were just from me, he would have at least a month of ban, in my opinion (not suggestion).
