    Still don't agree with this, it doesn't matter if you return keys or whatever, you attempted a paypal scam. So you can try complaining it's false and this report should be removed, I think it's right to put a mark.

    1. Visit the accused's profile
    2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "Report Violation"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click "Submit Report"

    As for "closing" the report. That is not possible on SteamRep. If the reporter wanted to recommend closure after been repaid, the reporter should have replied that on the thread here.
    As I don't saw a confirmation by the reporter of getting their items back, or a request to nullify the report by the reporter, that is out of the picture.
