What happened? Description:

He asked for a game and I said aslong as you pay me back the money it cost and he agreed to that. It has been six months and he has not payed me back, however he did admit it.​

Provide Evidence:

In the screenshot he clearly says that it was is brother(who I think is just him) who scammed me and that he uses the same account.​

Without the original chat agreement between you and the accused this report is invalid.

It was there, however the chat got removed. I think Steam removes chat after every so often. Is there any way I could get past chat back?
