What happened? Description:

I had an Unusual Hat which I was selling for paypal on outpost. He said he had been scammed by a middleman before and would not go first. Upon trading he unfriended and blocked me. Added a mutual friend who is a Steamrep donator and asked him to contact the accused. The accused removed him too.​

chatted with the guy and he says it was a misunderstanding as his connection got severed. Gave me my hat back without any trouble. Mods please close this report.

This guy's still a scammer, he scammed a Terror-Watt Tosslecap from my friend with paypal, I'm trying to help him now make a report.

This guy scammed me out of my unusual tosslecap with Terror Watt effect. He has blocked me and I want this thing back. If anyone could add him and talk to him, or something. I'm in desperate need for help.

Hello EMIYA,

Could you please provide:
a) pictures of your inventory history showing it in the Steam browser. Please include all history from the day of scam.
b) pictures of PayPal showing that you did not receive the payment (Log in to the PayPal account, then choose View all operations on my account).

Do not write on somebody else's report you got scammed too by that guy. Make your own report. Each report is its own Offense to be listed. Polluting someone else their report with "I was scammed too" will only slow down the processing. Also, each report counts as 1 offense to be listed.

As for steam inventory history, here it is.

With the help of another user , the one I have gifted some keys in the screenshot, I chatted with the scammer in a group chat, and got the hat back in a few hours after I assured the scammer that I will take the report back. That is why I had to post the second message asking mods to take the report back.
