    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198092640239

    Victim profile: 76561198045786261

    What happened? Description:
    He offered to buy an item, then put in a PayPal offer that he said was a gift, but infact was an invoice and made the Terms and Conditions look like a gift. I told him I knew it was a scam and he instantly deleted me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This scammer tried to send me a "Gift". He put in the terms and conditions in his own writing : "This is a PayPal Gift. The amount can take 24 hours to reflect in your PayPal balance. This gift is non-refundable, the buyer won't be able to cancel this payment. PayPal has you covered." which I highlighted in a red box on one of the attached pictures. So all in all he refunded it and removed me as soon as I told him I screenshotted.
