What happened? Description:

So, I was selling my StatTrak Karambit Slaughter FN to this guy, we found a middleman, he is the owner of a massive CSGO Trade page on facebook with almost 15,000 members (hence I thought I could trust him) He had advertised his middleman services as a pinned post on his page.

So we made the agreement that I would transfer my slaughter to the middleman, once that happens, the other guy would trade the middleman 80 keys. Then, I give him (the knife buyer) my bank account details so he could transfer $1350 USD to my account, which he says he did but I cant tell yet because there is a delay for international transfers. Once this had taken place the middleman had unfriended me and blocked me on his facebook page (we were talking on facebook so he knew my profile). The plan was for him to hold the items until I had given him proof I recieved the money, then he would trade me the keys and trade the knife to iR (the buyer).

I am now blocked on that page and cannot contact him. He had a pinned post at the top of the page advertising his middleman service, I now strongly recommend NOBODY USES THIS PAGE!

There was no impersonation, this was the actual middleman that stolen my knife.

99in1... im sorry to say man, but we were both victimized by the same person/group of people from india who do this.

Then why did you not submit a report earlier? I could have saved my knife because I checked his steamrep profile and it was clean.

I just lost $1500, you can imagine how pissed I am right now.
