He added me to sell him tf2 keys via paypal, when i sent him 150 keys, after he accepted it, he unfriended me, i was suspicious at the begining because his rep stopped 1 year ago, but after adding and asking to 3 different people that gave him rep, they said there was no problem, also, he had +100 rep on backpack.tf​
