What happened? Description:

This account, jobZ added me from a trade i had created on Tf2outpost, a site i use very often. He asked me to trade my unusual modest pile of metal scrap to a friend of mine whom i could trust, and then to invite him to a group chat. I went offline shortly afterward, leaving explicit instructions to NOT trade my hat to anybody to my trusted friend, who can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198045261032/
While i was gone, my friend was approached by an account, which we have recently found to be http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198077719620. This person, disguised his account somehow as my own, and asked my friend for him to trade the hat "back." This scammer then blocked my trusted friend.
I logged in hours later to reclaim my hat, only to find it gone, not in my hands, the hands of my friend, or in the hands of jobZ, the person who originally approached me proposing a trade. I consulted my friend, who told me that he was "100% sure" that it was me who he'd traded the hat back to. We later found out, using trade history that in fact it was not.
I am not certain that jobZ is an alternate account of the profile that was used to impersonate me and steal my hat, but no other person would have known that my friend was given charge of my hat.​

This screenshot was sent to me by my friend, the one to whom I initially traded the hat. This is HIS inventory history after he was approached by the scammer, Alexander, whose profile link is: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198077719620.

Unfortunately, I checked the chat history between me and jobZ, the scammer's alt account from which he added me, and it did not go back far enough, so the initial trade agreement is lost. He asked me the price of the unusual hat i had listed http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23654949#latest here. I gave him a price, 48 keys, to which he agreed promptly. He then asked me to trade the hat to a friend, explained this was some sort of "test" to be sure my hat wasn't a fake. I have uploaded a screenshot of the chat history between jobZ and I anyway.

The Alternate account which was used to defraud my friend made no contact with me, so I have no evidence of its involvement via chat, only via trade history, which i have included in this report, both mine and my friend's.

I have also included the conversation that occurred between me and Tinkles, the friend of mine whom I trusted with the hat. This conversation spans from before the hat was stolen, just after Tinkles and I had traded the hat, to a few minutes before i wrote this report.

I understand that my report may not acted upon, and that I may not get my hat back, but I appreciate fully any measures that are taken on the matter.​

I've been out of the trading game for a very long time, I had not checked this user's steam rep, but now I see that he has been reported multiple times. Hopefully some measures can be taken against him.
