He traded for a hat with a known Phisher purposely.
Even if you feel this report lacks evidence, I hope you will leave this report up for at least a week. This way, the guide will no longer be praised.​

Take an pic of your trade history non-cropped to show you never traded with a Phisher for that hat.
If you did, then admit it. For a cheap craft hat the punishment would probably be none unless if you go lying about it.

Take a pic of all your trades from 8/16 - 8/18

Just don't hide anything, and you should be fine.

Do you know how to take a screenshot?
Just take it during those dates to show us instead of telling us.
If you never traded for the hat, then the screenshot will show us you never traded, and the report will be rejected

So far he keeps saying he forgot, says he didn't trade with the Phisher. I taught him how to take a screenshot and he says it's F*cked & doesn't want to even show that version.
Lastly, he says his recording program won't work.

I'm making it really simple for him. I even told him, I'll contact a mod if he didn't trade with one, and that he shouldn't be in trouble if he did trade with one if he just show us the trade history.
At this point, one could come up with the conclusion that he either did do this and is scared. Or he did something else he's not proud of.

What puzzles me, is the way SR ignored their own policy.

"If you knowingly trade with banned profiles or obvious scammer alt accounts (with extremely low hours), you are putting your reputation at risk. SteamRep's policy is to be understanding when an innocent trader makes a mistake or when the monetary value is relatively low. Yet, we cannot encourage scammers to profit from their theft. "

monetary value is relatively low < Was a craft hat, since when do people even get marked for something this low?
Also, normally when there's no real proof, the report gets denied instantly. Not sure why this report was treated differently in the first place.

After reviewing the evidence it has been shown that intent here is not clear enough to warrant a tag.
