What happened? Description:

Added me to buy keys (from me). He sent me the money via PayPal to the name Laura Chinchar (presumably hijacked). I sent him 20 keys. He chargebacked a day later.​

Buyer added me from Reddit asking for Counter Strike game keys. 20 keys were provided at $2 per key - $40 total minus PayPal fees.

I have sent the trade, as seen in screenshots above. Buyer accepted the trade and has received their items.

Buyer also agreed that they would not chargeback, again, as seen in the screenshot above.​

I should add that PayPal didn't accept his chargeback since he had chargebacked other people and they found that the card was not used fraudulently. He still chargebacked, though.
