    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [Steam] Steam Games

    Accused profile: 76561198097746065

    Victim profile: 76561198043605783

    What happened? Description:
He added me to trade Rise of the Tomb Raider for $40. After I sent the game to him, he blocked me and didn't complete the trade. Also, he has fake rep on his profile page and SteamGifts feedback page, and gives fake feedback to others as well. I made a mistake of not checking SteamRep and thought he was trustworthy since he had a lot of games and rep on his profile.

    Provide Evidence:
    Provided through screenshots.

@morphz Please provide a screen shot of your game history - be sure when you do this that you open it up in a web browser, move your mouse pointer over that users name of the trade so it shows up the little hyper text popup at the bottom and take the screen shot. Also need a full screen shot of your paypal history for the last several days to present..when you take these do NOT edit them in anyway and upload.

I traded an Nvidia code, and he didn't send any payment to my Paypal when he agreed to. I have the screenshots of the code being sent through chat though.

I see... ok since its a code we have no way to verify when, who or how it was used and falls outside of our policy for what we take on reports.
