    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [DOTA2] Dota2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198098053553 (Cygnus1423)

    Victim profile: 76561197992573501

    What happened? Description:
    He bought me some items in ebay. Payed with Paypal.

    ~15 Days after that, He charge back all the transactions (around 160 USDs).

    Paypal/eBay gives him the money since they were digital items (i didn't know their policies by that time).

    I reported his account but they did nothing about it.
