What happened? Description:

Scammer (76561198099218701) added me and offered to pay $155 for my csgo flip knife doppler factory new.

Scammer 76561198099218701 offered to go first, and claimed to have sent the money but instead of sending the money as agreed, he sent a fake invoice marked as paid.

In addition to this, in the chat he confirms both his name and email that matches the paypal user who sent the invoice scam.

I have SS'd the entire chat and his steam page while we were chatting as friends, that shows his steamID64 url to confirm his identity as 76561198099218701.

Also attached are my entire paypal history of the month and my inventory history of the past 2 days (no trades today).​
