So he gave me the unusual and I sold it for another unusual for being easier to get the keys and after this I asked him if ti's okay if I add 3 keys to the unusual that I sold it for so I paid back the victim with the deserved items .

Can I also get a caution... I saw cases similar to mine where both of the parts were ok and the accused profile got a caution.

So I attempted to steal his item while I was supposed to broker but I refunded it in the final and now both parties are ok.
It will be the decision of the admin if it's false brokering but repaid or not.

This user really doesn't deserve to get banned or even a caution tag because he changed a lot, just as an examples.. he helped me getting my unusual back from a very suspicious guy that looked like a scammer.

After reviewing the report it has been concluded that accused would be given a caution tag for "Running away with a brokered item"

Intention was shown on the other evidence, yet items were repaid.
