You can ask the guy borderlands, this guy was selling steam games and wanted metal, items, and keys and said he'll give you the game by paying with steam money unfortunately the guy never send or gave any sort of game to the guy and others who payed to get a game!​

This is preposterous. Literally the worst report I have ever seen. No information nor proof.
