    What happened? Description:
    I put an offer on CSGOLOUNGE. I wanted to sell a knife. After few minutes i got an invitation from accused. He offered me 45 € for my knife. Okay i agreed, but i told him i accept only money on my paypal account, not invoice. He told me to invite and admin from steamrep. I agreed. When he came i asked him if i could check his steamid. There was no problem. So i check and it was http://steamcommunity.com/id/PenguinSRPrince/ (STEAM_0:0:75307434). I saw that he was banned on steamrep. I just typed "hahahahaha" and i was blocked from chat.
