What happened? Description:

NOTE: I am new to SteamRep, I put Victim as my Information, I just want to verify that was the correct thing to do.

What I was doing was I asked to see his offer for my AWP Dragon Lore, so he sends me a trade offer saying this with my dragon lore in it.
