What happened? Description:

I posted a listing for my Stormy Storm Frenchman's Beret on backpack.tf. He was the first to respond. I looked on his steam page, full of nothing but +reps. I agreed to a paypal trade. I traded the hat to him first, and he never gave me the $35 dollars he agreed to.​

He told me he would send me money via that email, [email protected]
When that "didn't work" I tried to request money from him. That's whenhe stopped responding

As you can see i refunded him paying 12 keys, he said he was on vacation so i thought uploading the proof by myself would be quickier to remove the report, let me know if it needs something more

Yes, I can confirm it, he gave me 12 keys as an apology for scamming. Attached screenshot for proof
