What happened? Description:

Attempting to scam with some steam/paypal feature or intergration for my unusual even though steam hasn't announced any of those features, personally, i think he is a scammer, ive had him in my friends list for awile (since may 7th) and i previously sold him a lord cockswains novelty pipe for a strange shortstop and a refined when i didnt know he scammed/attempted to scam (previously i didnt check steamrep for people who i traded with) then he started sending me messages today about this "paypal feature"​
