What happened? Description:

I added Cookie Monster due to an offer on csgolounge (http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=22819005).
Description:
"I have 200$ on my Paypal will pay family and friends (Info)
1.looking to buy keys for 2$ each
2.my Paypal is verified
3.add me if interested, happy to discuss
4.(will not go first) agree = add "

So I wanted to sell him 2 CS:GO Keys.
I added him, he accepted.
He asked for my Paypal email, I told him.
He asked me to send the keys, I did.
He asked how much, I said him 2$ each (just like his offer at csgolounge).
After that he switched his profile to private and deleted/blocked me. Did not receive any payment.

After about 20 Minutes he set the mentioned csgolounge offer finished.
After about an hour he set his profile visibility back to public and added new csgolounge offers.

He looked trustworthy since he got many reps in his comment section, no bad entry on steamrep and 5 reputation on csgolounge and nearly one year account with 316 hours played CS:GO.​

Unfortunately I can't offer timestamps for the chat window. The last Message I sent about 20 Minutes after the one before. At this time I realized that he already deleted me from his friend list.
