What happened? Description:

he/she just happend to see my dota profile and offered me money (USD) to buy the set for 3.99 USD we both agreed so he/she sent me a steam offer and i accept it because it's like he/she really sent the money because i can see the steam vat and the other details.​

Provide Evidence:

Well he/she was making a fake deal that i thought steam created the deal you can see the deal he/ she created and buying my sets to USD well at first he/she offered me USD for the Heavenly Guardian set for 4.99 USD our actually deal was 3.99 USD and after i accept i found out that a person cannot make a transfer of steam wallet i wanted to deal back but he already block me and i see her/his profile so many +rep and all are positives so i'm convince to trade with her/his only to know that he/she is a scammer. Please Help me Please
