    What happened? Description:
    This account owns a dispenser.tf shop https://dispenser.tf/shop/447599/ that sells region free games.
    Many gifts sold there were revoked and owner refuses to compensate to all victims and puts them in ignore list.
    He said in chat that his main account is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198070562243 and that he resells gifts.​
