    What happened? Description:
Wolf, scammed Cross edge, out of over 70 dollars plus worth of hats, miscs and other various in game items. The method he used, was one that was unfamilliar within the trading community, and it now time to review and punish those who use this crude method.

Wolf, acted on behalf of valve, prentending to use an in-game cash system similar to paypal (see screen shot 1) which is entirely in itself fake.

Once he had set the scam up, he chose the items from Cross and put the message in the trade offer (see screen shots two and three and four) Cross, who is quite new to steam and thought that this was a legitimate trading system, accidently clicked on the accept button completing the trade scam.
