What happened? Description:

I went against Siminator55 in spy crabbing, he had won the first game, I payed him 1 refined metal, I ask "Can we do it again" This time two people are watching, and when we finish 3/1 he leaves the server as in the evidence​

Ignore the background, I had a few minutes looking for the message when he leaves and our count with 2 other people watching the spycrab​

Here is the last trade from August 5th which is the first game he won, and then I won the next game 3/1 as he left right after. (1 refined metal bet)

Do you have the screenshot of the agreement, the crab itself, if possible server demos or logs?

The first log is the chat log of Siminator55, and the second chat log is of me, highlighted chat is the conversation between us, and the gamble (spycrabbing) 2 games are played on both logs, and he agreement if read after another, sorry I couldn't find where both of us were talking, I had no chance of finding it, so I asked a moderator of the server to show logs of Aug 5 and found the logs of both of us. As highlight on the first chat lot of Siminator55 he leaves right after he says "1/3 gg" and on the other image I sent first, and I am still in disbelief of the spycrab runner, the chat also shows I agreed to trade after 1st game, and after my first victory on the 2nd game he leaves.

Hello. I know I ran from that Spycrab and im Sorry. I already added the person that made this and told him I would give him the Stuff he won. I know it was stupid from me and I never ran another crab. Im really sorry about me running away from this.

I have offered him multiple times that I will give him twice the Amount he lost but he said it wouldnt help /:

What Siminator says is true, he did offer me it back. But there is a main reason I didn't accept it... About 30 minutes before the report, I added him and asked for my Refined Metal back that he had stole, and he says "I don't even know who you are." I tell him what he did, and he refuses that he did such thing. I tell him I will report him and he responds: " :l " I reported him. About a month or 2 later, he adds me and tells me: "Hey I forgot to give you your ref back." I denied his request for giving it back saying: "That's not going to change anything. I already reported you." Meaning it is not going to change what he does in the future.

Enough effort was made to do a repayment, if reporter doesn't accept repayment, thats up to the reporter.

Spycrab scams are hard to prove, often requiring demo's. In this case accused does not deny, but also offered several times to repay.
