you need steam chat with the accused.
you need paypal history to prove he didn't pay - all activity tab, from the day of said scam up to a previous month.

well khalood doesn't seem to open steamrep anymore , and he told me a while back ago to just let it it go , i dont have screenie of chat , but you can try to ask him to close this or whatever .-.
