What happened? Description:

Added me to trade a knife i have in csgolounge. He says hes willing to overpay it and at the moment its all good. Then told me to he need to check if the knife is not bugged or dup, so i need to trade it to a friend, and then my friend trade it to me back.
I look his rep here and i notice he's banned.. i let him know i saw that and he make an excuse of someone stole his acc.
ATM, i cant see his inventory, he toldme "sorry, private"... i check the reports here and i just unfriend him... screen shot it the conversation and his profile.​

sorry im rly new in the site.. what does "this user is currently already tagged thru a partner community" mean ?

It means that the accused has been marked on SteamREP by another partner community, in this case FoG ( http://forums.f-o-g.eu/forum.php ). Doesn't really affect this report, but it gives a heads-up to other traders that are checking out his SteamREP profile.
