What happened? Description:

(Before I go into further detail, please forgive my lewd behavior in the screenshots below.) A trader contacted me asking to Middleman for him for Karambit knife. However, the trader alerted me that this person was already reported for fraud and since he had no means of taking the knife, waited to see what he would do. The subject injected a fake MM into the chatroom, that the victim later invited me into.
