What happened? Description:

I was added with interest to offer keys on a searing plasma ushanka, original ID of 738424276. The scammer then added what seems to be an alternate account to the conversation to pose as Bacon, a middleman listed here on SteamRep, which I fell for. 'Bacon' needed to 'see the hat' to determine if it was duped and also insisted on seeing my purple confetti texas ten gallon, original ID of 3105244962, to determine that I wasn't a scammer. I unfortunately fell for this and lost both unusuals. to the second account. I have reported the impersonation account on a separate report.​

Provide Evidence:

I have attached the entire chatlog with the scammer as well as the multichat chat log.​

Should clarify, it is a searing plasma officer's ushanka.

My purple confetti texas ten gallon and the searing plasma officer's ushanka have both been listed on Outpost.

The texas ten gallon owner very graciously gave me back my stolen unusual without charge. What a wonderful person!

And the ushanka owner graciously allowed me to buy the searing plasma officer's ushanka for a decent price. However, I will still be pursuing justice against the scammer and will provide more information as needed.
