What happened? Description:

It started out with a friend invitation from the suspect w/c I accepted because I'm currently trading random items from d2l.com. So this guy asked me If he could trade my Immortal Item (Yulsaria's Glacier) for 2 keys. I know it was a too-good-to-be-true deal but I still hoped. He invited me to a trade and we both put our items respectively, an Immortal Item from me and 2 Treasure Keys from him. As we both agreed to the trade he stopped halfway saying he was lagging and he can't trade atm. I told him I would steam offer him and he tells me that he can't see my steam offer. So I asked him to steam offer me instead. Resulting to this. http://imgur.com/vjiHoXl
I included in here the screen of his steam offer w/c clearly tells he swapped his 2 keys to his Yulsaria's Glacier and my Yulsaria's Glacier to 2 treasure keys.​

I haven't screenshot our exact conversation since steam doesn't support CHAT HISTORY atm as far as I remember. If they do, please tell me and I'll gladly check on my chat history.
