    What happened? Description:
    Added me to buy Garry's Mod and offered me "15euro for 10"
    The offer was a Dead Island: Epidemic beta gift which is/was available for free. I repeatedly questioned the value of his item, but he kept insisting on it and told me to just check the store.

    The thing sold in the Steam Store is the "Buy Dead Island: Epidemic - Patient Zero Pack", not the "Beta Gift" the accused offered.

    I did not accept the offer, so no items were exchanged.​

    It was a trade offer. There is no law that says he cant offer something of lesser value for your higher priced item. He could easily say that he did not know the difference between the two items. Just not enough evidence to process this report.
