    What happened? Description:
    Promised to send paypal money. Took the hat and told me that he sent the money. I never recieved it and he refuses to respond after he took the hat.​

    Provide Evidence:
    The trade history between me and gucci. I was unable to take a screenshot of the full chat as I accidentally closed it. As you can see, he told me that the money was sent, but it was never recieved. He refuses to respond now, and I suspect he blocked me.​

    Earlier this day i filed a report about the same person and seeing this happen is too sad for my heart to bear. I hope everything comes right at the end and am really sorry for your items..

    He linked to a an old rep thread that is for a diff account with the same custom id. This account has that same custom steam id but diff id64 and isn't even 1 year old and has 2 games, he doesn't even have tf2. very sketchy. He just added me and immediately offered $350 for my unusual which is way overpay.
